IAM Upgrade OKTA Unable to Sign Out (Only SSO, disabling Username Password Option)

In our production environment, we have simplified the user experience by enabling SSO-only access and disabling direct username/password login. Users access the application through the Okta tile.

Prior to the IAM upgrade, users could successfully sign out of the application and were redirected to the Okta dashboard. Since the upgrade, selecting Sign Out causes users to be redirected back into the application, resulting in a sign-out loop.

Could you provide guidance on the recommended logout configuration in both OCI and Okta to ensure users are properly signed out and redirected to the desired post-logout page?
