OIC Lookup form pagination renders incorrectly below the taskbar

We are experiencing a user interface rendering issue in the OIC Lookup form. The page number / pagination controls are displaying below the taskbar instead of remaining fully visible within the form area. As a result, the lookup grid does not render correctly on the screen and the paging controls are partially obscured.

Client highlighted that the Lookup form should automatically adjust to the available browser/window width and display the pagination controls in a visible, usable location within the page layout. But currently, the pagination/page number section is rendered below the taskbar and appears cut off or misaligned. The form does not appear to be responsive to the available screen space.
