Worker Concierge Agent in Fusion- How to Add a Disclaimer After Every Response?

We are testing the Worker Concierge Agent in a test environment. We used the delivered template instead of making a copy. We would like our AI agents to display a disclaimer after every response, for example:

AI can make mistakes. Please verify important information against official Oracle Fusion records before making decisions or taking action.

We tried to add the disclaimer to the instructions under the details tab. The message never appears.
We also attempted additional instructions to:

• Append a disclaimer after every response.
• Always include a disclaimer as the final paragraph.
• Include the disclaimer for delegated responses from sub-agents such as Pay Analyst.
