How do I add our Custom AI role to the agent team of "Enrich Contacts Agent"?

Summary:

As of now none of the users are able to enrich contacts in their outlook side panel. We are in 26B.
Expectation is "Enrich Contacts Agent" will read email signature and auto fill important details from signature to the new contact fields.
What we have understood is we need to add a custom AI role to the agent team but there is no edit button for this agent team. Screenshot below:
