Unable to lock WMS Order line using Seeded lock-unlock integration

Summary:

We have enabled the Seeded lock-unlock integration and Update shipment request integration in OIC. Also, defined the web connectors for these 2 integrations using connector urls. But while creating an Order update getting the below error in fusion and OIC integration instance triggered:

Order management rejected the revision because the request to apply a hold on order line 1 couldn't be completed for the Shipment task. The WMS target application for the LOCK action couldn't be called.. (DOO-2686103)

Could you let me know how to fix this error and which user/password needed to be configured in Fusion connector and what access/roles needed to access WMS.
