Retrieve “Processed People” count for Generate Total Compensation Statements ESS process in BIP
We need to build a BI Publisher dashboard for Compensation ESS processes.
For the ESS process Generate Total Compensation Statements, the Scheduled Processes log displays values such as:
- Selected people: 1921
- Processed people: 636
- Ineligible people: 0
- Errored people: 0
- People without data: 1285
We can retrieve request details from ESS_REQUEST_HISTORY and parameters from ESS_REQUEST_PROPERTY, but the Processed people count is not available in these views.
Expected- access this from backend table Processed people.
Could Oracle please confirm:
- Is there any supported Fusion backend table/view that stores the Processed people count by ESS Request ID?
- Is the count stored in a Compensation Total Compensation Statement transaction table that can be joined using ESS Request ID, Statement Definition, or Statement Period?
