Should i schedule ESS job to run Bulk ingest to OSCS process?

Hello.

The customer have an issue where from time to time the positions are out of sync in My Client Groups → Show More → Positions.

We observed that running ESS Job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS with parameter fa-hcm-position is solving this issue.

I've read that this process should be only scheduled once after implementation or environment refresh and should not be scheduled. Instead this process can be scheduled regularly: ESS job to run Bulk ingest to OSCS.

The question is what are parameters for ESS job to run Bulk ingest to OSCS? Are those the same as for ESS Job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS? Should i just put the fa-hcm-position parameter?
