Learning Incident FYI notification should not be sent to the content creator

We have approval rules for learning incidents where an FYI notification goes to those with the relevant application role. However, the content owner (creator) also receives an FYI.

Is it possible to prevent the content creator from receiving the FYI?

We only want the relevant learning specialist with the correct application role to receive the notification as per the approval rule set up.

We have scenarios where the creator is still an active user, however, has moved departments / job roles and should no longer be receiving any learning related notifications.

I can see other posts asking the same questions from 2024, however, there doesn't appear to be an effective solution. I'm wondering if there have been any updates since then to prevent the creator receiving the FYI.
