Unable to view integration changes when deployed in a project

Hi All,

I need help to understand what step I am missing. I have a project in OIC called ATO. This has ~15 integrations. I got a requirement to make changes in 2 of these integrations. So, I asked Admins to import the project from PROD to a Dev instance. I made changes in Dev instance, tested it. I did not change the integration versions. I just deactivated , made changes and tested.

Now I need to move the updated integrations to Test instance. I go to Deploy, created a deployment and selected only these 2 integrations. Exported .car

But when I am importing .car file to Test, I get a message that import is successful but when I verify , I don't see my changes in Test. Can someone please help with right steps?
