what is the best way to find out the audit log for changes done on a Role in Fusion HCM.

SR to Oracle informed us to perform the below action plan to enable the Security Auditing for role changes: 

 1)Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.
2)Open Manage Audit Policies.
3)Under Oracle Platform Security Services, set the Audit Level (typically Low or higher).
4)Save the policy.

 If above is enabled, please run the below audit report and confirm if the details are contained:

Go to Tools → Audit Reports.
Set:
Product = Oracle Platform Security Services
Appropriate date range

The Audit reports are available now, but Oracle couldn't provide any documentation on how to interpret the report. And redirected to create a question here.
