IPM Insights Performance Impact Considerations on Consolidate/Translate/General Application

We're evaluating IPM anomaly insights and are looking for best practices on when to run them.

Has anyone seen performance impacts when IPM Insights run at the same time users are executing on-demand Consolidate and Translate jobs? We've noticed some of the insights we are testing take a few minutes to complete, so we're trying to determine the right balance of how many to create and when to schedule them vs user activity, data loads, etc.
