How do we hide Core Skills from the dashboard in Team Skills Center?

This Oracle documentation states that using page properties in express mode, we should be able to hide the Core Skills tab on the Summary page and it will also hide the core skills option from the Employees and Skills tabs:

I've gone into Page Properties in Team Skills Center in VBS and i can't see any corresponding page property in express mode where we can control the visibility of Core Skills for Managers.

We're currently in 26B and that documentation is from 25A What's New, so i would expect to see the option in our environment.
