I have a question regarding attachments on a Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA) in Oracle Fusion Procurement

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

* A user creates or opens a Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA).

* An attachment is uploaded successfully.

* When the user clicks Edit for the uploaded attachment, the Description field appears as disabled (read-only) and cannot be modified.

My questions are:

1. Is this the standard behavior in Oracle Fusion Procurement?

2. Is there any configuration, profile option, or personalization that allows the Description field to be editable after the attachment has been uploaded?

3. Has anyone encountered this issue, and if so, what was the resolution or recommended workaround?
