Is it possible to track the Welcome Email being sent to Suppliers?

Summary:

The vendor administrator would like to inquire if it's possible to check or at least have a visibility if the Welcome Emails are being sent to the onboarded / approved supplier registrations. Is there any report in Oracle that would allow us to check this if Welcome Emails are really sent to the vendor?
