Can Role Description be bilingual (English & Arabic)?

Summary:

Unable to add Arabic text in the Role Description field through Security Console. The system throws a validation error, although Arabic text is accepted in the Role Name field.

We are trying to maintain bilingual role information in Oracle Fusion Security Console.

We are able to successfully update the Role Name by appending the Arabic name, for example: English Role Name (Arabic Role Name)

However, when we attempt to append the Arabic description to the Role Description field (or even enter only Arabic text), the application prevents us from saving and displays the following validation error:
