Manufacturer EFF in Redwood UI not visible when creating the Manufacturer

Summary:

We have raised an SR as we see that in Redwood UI for Manufacturer, the EFF is not rendering in our NL language while is does render and show values in US language. That will need fixing.

The other issue we have with the Manufacturer EFF is that it is not available when creating the Manufacturer in the Redwood UI. You first have to save the record. Then search it, and that Redwood UI will show the tab Additional Information showing the EFF. Is that expected? Does not seem logical that in order to add a value to the EFF you have to use a two step approach of:
