Clarification on using the Oracle Fusion HCM Gen AI features whether they are chargeable or not

Hi Oracle Product Team,

We would like to understand, in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management, when we use or enable standard Gen AI features (Example: Redwood - AI Assistance in Goal Creation) whether they are chargeable or not. As per our understanding, they are not chargeable (It means free of cost) for using them as they are standard Gen AI features delivered by Oracle, and we are just enabling as per our business requirements but one of our team member been advised by Oracle team that there are some Gen AI features still using AI Agents for Processing and Switching LLMs in the background for one of the Helpdesk use case/scenario hence we want to double check with Oracle team for Talent Management Gen AI Assist features usage if this is the same applies to all Gen AI features or not. Could anyone please advise or confirm on the Gen AI features usage?
