How to Compare Document Tool Data with Application UI data

Summary:

We have Requirement where we need to Compare the Data of some Specific fields of Welcome Letter Letter PDF issued to Employees with that of the Information available in the Assignment UI for that specific field for those Employees. Some times the Information mentioned in the Letter for specific field for e.g Probation Period may not match with that available in the Assignment UI.

There will be many PDF Files to refer. Can we store these PDFs in share point and Refer it in the AI Agent Studio Prompt.

What will be the best approach.
