How to remove AI Agent Studio from Tools menu?

Summary: Most of our users (800+) uses 'Tools' menu for running of some reports, so by default they are getting the "AI Agent Studio" which is not desirable. How can we remove AI Agent Studio from Tools menu from normal user's access. It is ok for admin/power users but not for normal transactional users.
