Self-Disclosed Ability Not Visible After Saving for India and Australia

Issue Description:
When attempting to add a disability record for employees in the India and Australia locations, the Self-Disclosed Ability field can be entered and the transaction is saved successfully.

However, after the transaction is saved, the Self-Disclosed Ability value is not displayed in View mode. The issue is reproducible only for the India and Australia locations. The same functionality works as expected for other countries.

Expected Result:
The Self-Disclosed Ability value should be displayed in View mode after the disability record is successfully saved.
