source application not showing erp hierarchy in metadata integrations

Hi,

I am creating an integration for meta data. source is oracle fusion and target is epm planning.

After creating ERP application, I have created a source application for chart of account. In the application detail I can select my source erp application (this is the one that I created earlier), I can select the segment, but I can't select the hierarchies available for that segment.

I have tried a lot of things to resolve this; updating the application, refreshing members, executing publish hierarchy in erp, applying required roles to erp user (using data integrations roles; assuming mete data integration will use the same roles). Creating and delete the applications.
