Question Regarding Blank Evaluations and Run Consumption

We have discovered multiple evaluation records that appear to be blank, including one evaluation that has accumulated 285 runs. We're concerned about why these evaluations are executing, whether they're consuming Agent Units (AUs), and what is triggering them.

Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated, as we'd like to understand whether this behavior is expected and whether any corrective action is needed.
