getting User access group as a list in EDMCS Node type property

Summary:

I want to create a property in one of the viewpoints , which should have a list of user access groups present in EDMCS currently.

Cannot see anyway to do that. Is this a possibility with any property type or any other way anyone can suggest if possible.
