How to use Treat as Attribute feature if we have not created any lockcode previously?

How can we use the "Treat as Attribute" feature if no Lock Code was previously created using this option at the Parent Company level?

Currently, the system is not allowing us to use the "Treat as Attribute" option again for any other Lock Codes. Is there a way to reset or enable this feature so that it can be assigned to a different Lock Code?
