Vacation Rule created but is not showing in Employee Vacation And Delegation Rules Report

Summary:

We assigned a user with custom role with the role BPM Worklist Internal Role and grant the privilege of Run BPM Workflow Reports as well. We can access the Vacation Rule setup page, where we have setup successfully for a user, but after that, we ran the Employee Vacation And Delegation Rules Report and in this report there is no Active Vacation Rule assigned to this user and the setup is not working, please see below:

Is there any privilege we need to grant to the user?
