Condition for 'When the rule is applied' not supported in Historic/future transaction link.

Hello All,
As per the new feature introduced in 26A, we can disable the hyperlinks in historic and future transaction sections in Employment Info pages.
This option is available to us under configure page properties.
However, we have a requirement where we want to disable the link from Employment Info via Employee self-service only and it should be enabled for Line managers and HRs. The only ideal way to achieve this is to use the condition "When the rule is applied". The condition is available for page properties but not supported as confirmed by Oracle.
The condition works fine in configure fields and regions but is not supported in Page properties.
