Calculation script is not working for shared entity

Summary:

We have a custom calculation for a shared entity. The rule is working for the main entity but not for the shared instance, even if specifically written to it.

I found a post here that discusses a similar case and the solution offered is to use @Equal function. But I am unable to get it to work, the error message is - '

"Essbase could not get a lock in the specified time."
