Can we delete multi row attribute group rows in operation instead of iterating through each row

Summary: Deletion/clearing multi row attribute group field values in single operation instead of iterating through each of its row and then perform Delete operation. Also can we perform delete operation on more than one attribute group at once ?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have multi row attribute group with rows more than 300 values. Currently we are getting the specific multi row attribute group details and then performing delete operation using for-each loop for each row item. This can consume lot of time and impact on SLA. Is there any better option available
