Quick Context: Currently, some out of the box published AI Agent Teams uses premium models (GPT-5 Mini or GPT-4.1 Mini).

Our requirements are to restrict all AI Agent/Teams to use only basic LLM models (e.g GPT-oss)?

Is this possible to achieve? If so, how can we achieve this?
