data load rule with Pipeline

File based FCCS data load rule in Pipeline fails saying "Error opening Data file". But the same data load rule with same source file runs ok as a standalone rule. I tried taking hardcoding the file name vs passing with variable but still no luck. In the logs it picks up the correct file name however says error opening data file. Is this issue familiar to anybody?
