View by Analysis group option is not available in Item Cost Redwood Page

Summary:

In Classic UI, Review Item Cost Page gives us an option to View Cost by Cost Element, Cost Element Type and Analysis Group, but the redwood page lets us to view only by Cost Element.

Is this functionality decomissioned ?
