How to Systematically Release Recommendations Based on Prelim Forecast - Orders

Summary:

We have scenarios where we receive a preliminary order (forecast, really) and release recommendations based on that in Supply Planning (for instance, to create purchase orders to suppliers). What we need is to release only some percentage of the forecast demand; for instance 60% of a certain category; 40% of another category.

For example, forecast total for a Category A Item is 100, we would need to release only based on 60% coverage of the supply; for a Category B Item is 200, we would need to release only based on 40% of supply.

Eventually, our forecast will become a final order and an additional order will be created (supply planning will compare daily needs and will indeed suggest an additional quantity.)
