We are working with the Document Records Management Assistant AI agent in
Oracle Fusion HCM AI Agent Studio. When a user asks the agent to retrieve
document records for a worker (e.g., passport, visa, certification
documents), the agent is unable to return the attached files/documents
associated with the document record.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Document Records Management Assistant agent in AI Agent Studio.
  2. Ask the agent to retrieve document records for a specific worker
