How do you use Maternity Leave intend to work flag in entitlement Fast Formula

Summary:

In our fast formula we would like to use the intend to work flag as part of the entitlement formula conditions.
The only database item we found is ANC_ABS_MTRNT_INTEND_TO_WORK, and we could not find a input value for the "Won't return to work" checkbox.

We were able to use ANC_ABS_MTRNT_INTEND_TO_WORK as a condition on existing absences but when new Maternity Leave absences were created there was an error:
"Item ANC_ABS_MTRNT_INTEND_TO_WORK returned no data. This error most commonly occurs when a database item query returns no data, but the database item is configured not to allow no return data. It can also occur within a formula function call."
