Description:
We are implementing the delivered Leave and Absence Analyst agent for employee self-service. The client requires that the Remaining Leave Balance displayed by the agent automatically reflects true available balance by deducting any approved future absences, so employees do not need to manually calculate their actual remaining days.

Current Behavior:
When the employee asks "How many days of Annual Leave do I have left after my upcoming approved leave?" the agent returns the current plan balance (30 days) without deducting approved future absences.
