Text Data export from EPM planning to .dat file using integration

Summary:

Dear Experts,

We have requirement to export textual & numerical data from planning system into .dat file in attached format. Through data export to file is this doable.
Column highlighted in yellow are account dimension members and underneath that is data.

Kindly let me know if we can achieve this in planning ? Is it possible to do it using outbound integration ?
