Copy Previous timecard issue

Summary:

Hi everyone - We use the Copy Previous Timecard option, and due to our VBS customization, the constant CopyTimeAndQuantityFromPreviousTimeCard is set to false, so the copied timecard includes all lines with 0 quantity. This part is working as expected.

The issue is that when users click Save, all 0 quantity lines are automatically removed. This is causing problems because our employees typically have a large number of project lines on their timecards, and they expect those 0 quantity lines to remain after saving.

Has anyone else come across this issue recently? We started noticing this behavior after the 26B upgrade.
