Oracle AI Agent Studio - Error while using approval process feature in 26C for Workflow Agent

Hi team,

We're building a custom agent to create positions and have set up an approval process using the feature introduced in 26C. In our workflow agent, we added a human approval node and selected "Approval Process" as the channel.

However, when we run the agent, it fails with the following error:

Node NEW_HUMAN_NODE failed with error: Request failed with status 400 and error resoponse family CLIENT_ERROR

Has anyone run into a similar issue or worked with this feature before? I've attached screenshots of our approval process configuration and the error for reference.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
