How to remove a Learner from a Self-Paced Learning Offering that is in a Course with a Renewal?

Summary:

Hi, I'm a new Learning Administrator in Oracle Learning and my organisation is currently using version 26B. I would like to know how I can remove (withdraw or unenroll) a Leaner from a Course that has an annual renewal? I have a Learner with a Voluntary assignment that they have completed. I don't want them to receive a renewal next year. If a Learner has been assigned a voluntary assignment, will they receive a renewal? Or does the voluntary assignment overrule the renewal settings on the Course?
