Terminate Employment Workflow – FYI Notifications Not Sent & Rule Conditions Returning Blank Values

Hello -

We are encountering an issue with FYI notifications in the Terminate Employment workflow (including Correct and Reverse Termination) in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and we're hoping someone in the community may have experienced something similar.

Issue Summary:

Even though our workflow is configured to auto-approve, the FYI notifications are not being sent when a termination is processed. Upon investigation, we noticed the following:

  1. Rule conditions are not being met. The attributes we have configured in our approval rules are returning blank/null values during termination processing. Only the Business Unit attribute returns a value, while attributes such as Sensor Data Reference Code and Requestor's Role Details are displaying as either null or blank. This is the behavior when processing Termination, Correct Termination, and Reverse Termination.
