Required to update only Worker Email using REST API

Summary:

We had created a custom job role edit email address(giving 'Manage Person Email' privilege) and rest core HR read only and derived a data role. we have attached only this role to a user account and unfortunately when we did the PATCH it showed '403 Forbidden' message

When we add Use REST Service - Worker PII rest serviceto the job role the email updates are working fine through REST API, but it’s gives other data update we don’t want to allow to update other data .

Can you please advice which Use REST Services we need to add to update only worker email address.
