My Apps link from MyConsole redirects to a different IDCS domain

in Fusion Applications Administration

Summary:

We have 2 domains for Fusion environments across all environments: one (default IDCS) is for internal employees logging in through SSO, and the other (external) is for external employees logging in with a username and password. When external employees click Fusion from the MyApps link through the external IDCS, it redirects to the default IDCS domain, which requires additional 2-step verification. This is what we've been seeing since the IAM upgrade
