Custom Role to view Schedule process is not coming under Tools

Summary:

In Fusion HCM, my requirement is to view the scheduled process only, no other action can be performed.

So I created a Custom abstract role , as Role Category: Common - Abstract Roles.

Added 2 privilege in Function Security Policies:

Manage Scheduled Processes, Manage Scheduled Processes Work Area

Data security policies: Policy name: ESS_REQUEST_HISTORY

In the Role Hierarchy added Role: ESS Monitor Role

After Create and compile this Custom role, I ran the schedule process: Import User and Role Application Security Data

Also ran Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes process.

But after giving that custom role to user, user don't have any other roles, not able to see scheduled process page, using
