Ability to delete self paced learning stuck in pending

Summary:

When we moved to 26B, we had an issue where courses are stuck pending processing when uploaded. Seems a job got switched on during the upgrade and needed to be turned off. However, all of those courses are still stuck pending processing and according to the SR, we can't delete or fix those records. Could that be resolved?
