Summary:

The Create Bills of Resources scheduled process creates bills of resources for order promising or for assembly items planned in a sales and operations plan. Before Update 26C, keeping the structure current required a full refresh across all assembly items, even when only a small number of items had been added to or removed from catalog categories.

Update 26C adds a scope option that processes only new and removed assembly items identified by category and organization since the last successful full run. This net-change approach makes new products available sooner, removes obsolete bills of resources, reduces processing time and workload during peak periods, and lets organizations schedule full refreshes for maintenance windows.
