I have a created a custom role which is working for some users but not for some.

Summary:

I have a created a custom role which is working for some users but not for some.
They have the same data access but LoV is missing for the usernames which are not working

Working usernames
User.1
User.2

Non working user names(LoV for the BU not showing)
User_1_@co.com.au.test
User_2_@co.com.au.test

Users have proper set up in manage users, role and data access are granted.
I have also ran the Import User and Role Application Security Data and LDAP processes What else should I check?
