Flow Schedule with a Recurring production request

Summary:

We have a requirement for a recurring Production demand for an item at the rate of 2400 / day.

The current flow schedules allow only a completion date and places the entire flow schedule quantity on the completion date.

But we have a requirement for 75% of the month to product a specific product at the rate of 2400 eaches / day.
