Can we copy the item structure from one item to another item from spreadsheets?

Summary:

In one release, we created more than 1,000 items. Three years later, in another release, it was decided to convert those items to make items along with their item structures. However, instead of updating the existing items to make items, brand-new items were accidentally created.

Now the requirement is to copy the item structures from the newly created items back to the original items. Can this be done through FBDI or any other method?
