How to create custom read only access role for employment contract page

Summary:

Hi Team

We have a requirement to make employment contract page read-only for line manager role user. I tried by removing Manage worker contract (ORA_PER_MANAGE_WORKER_CONTRACT) privilege by keeping view work contract (ORA_PER_VIEW_WORKER_CONTRACT) privilege from existing custom line manager role . But we see employment contract link itself is missing for linr managers . So please suggest how to achieve this.
