random it is coming unauthorized (401) EBS to scp cloud GOP Rest api ( using Mulesoft Integration)

We have Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) integrated with Oracle SCP Cloud Planning. We use the GOP REST API to interact with SCP Cloud through MuleSoft integration.

Yesterday, between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM IST, we received 401 Unauthorized errors from MuleSoft. We are using a dedicated SCP Cloud integration user account with Basic Authentication, and the password is not due to expire until September 2026.

After resetting the password for the integration user account, the issue was resolved. The issue occurred primarily in one of our production environments and appeared to be random.
